KEY GOAL

Design and develop self-service solutions for Alexa users

In my role as a senior content strategist, I established and nurtured relationships with various stakeholders to successfully launch Alexa devices worldwide. I led end-to-end content strategy projects, from initial planning to post-launch evaluation, and implemented initiatives to enhance content quality and user experience.

Content Strategy

Planned, created, and delivered support content for Echo Dot with Clock, Echo Glow, Echo Look, and Accessibility for Alexa. 

Information Architecture

Organized and structured content and landing pages for Alexa Features, Preferences, and Settings. 

Voice and Tone Guidelines

Invested in a content audit,
determined formatting conventions, content patterns, preferred terms, and voice design guidelines.

Card Sorting

 Used card sorting activities to increase content findability and best improve the user experience with customer service. 

A/B Testing

Compared the performance of Help pages by creating different versions and formats of the same content.
